Rooms are spacious, clean, and well lit. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice due to broken heater/AC units. The third room finally had a working heater, though one lamp was not working (not a big issue for us). The first two front desk staff we spoke with were friendly and accommodating. However, the staff working the Dec 27 afternoon was not very welcoming and seemed unaware of our back-to-back bookings, despite this being confirmed previously. This caused some confusion with our key cards, likely due to poor shift communication. Breakfast was okay, and the lobby and dining area are very picturesque. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel, but better maintenance support—especially for heating during winter—and improved front desk communication would greatly improve the experience.

Great hotel to stay at. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast. Has a restaurant right in hotel with the best homemade soup I’ve ever had. Awesome place to stay, higher recommend.
