The house was great and exactly what we needed for our group of 6 plus more. The pictures of the house are a true reflection of the home and the outdoor area is amazing for late night swings. My review score is based on three items 1) overall amenities within Carlton landing 2) timeliness of response from property management and 3) construction. We went at spring break time but all the pools except a very small kiddy pool was closed (that wasn’t mentioned). The lake activities were also closed, which was also not disclosed. 2) I sent multiple messages to property management and the average response time was over 2 hours. Glad it wasn’t an emergency. 3) construction- there was a house being built next door and while it doesn’t change my overall score, it would have been nice to know that it was happening vs being surprised.
