You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from the attached garage, which is not available to guests.
This house is so close to the marina, Jellystone Waterpark, antique shops, restaurants, and shopping. Only 2 miles off the freeway you are close to everything yet the house feels secluded and private.
💦Please Note About Lake Access
💦The property is located in a shallow cove, which may limit access for certain types of boats. Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to lake access.
We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly. Thanks so much for your understanding—we appreciate it!
🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting
Our home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors.
This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.
4. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.
5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed
6. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.
7. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
8. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.
9. Outdoor Use:
Use of the BBQ grill is allowed; please move away from house while in use, turn off propane (if applicable) after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.
10. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.
11. Security Deposit:
Security deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on guest`s credit card.
12. Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home.
13. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own.
Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
