A perfect view with a disappointing stay. Staff was nice and very helpful with what they had to work with. The hotel could use a lot of upgrading. The toilet ran and wouldn't flush very good. The faucet in the bathroom would only stop if you turned the handle to a certain direction. The TV was the worst, only streaming on Roku. We tried to watch programs and halfway through they would lose the connection and never come back. No live broadcasts at all. Very disappointing when you want to watch live sports. I guess they are too cheap to have cable or satelite. With the price of the rooms and no complimentary breakfast it is one place we won't return to.

Comfortable, Great view, so-so Cleanliness

Had a nice stay at Oceanfront for four nights, while working in C.City. It was my second stay there in the past two weeks. The jacuzzi/balcony rooms are very comfortable, with a lot of space and a dedicated desk area. The jacuzzi tub does the job, just about roomy enough for two. Bed is a cheaper memory foam brand, but ver comfortable. The view from the balcony is fantastic, though there is not much privacy between neighbors. Room was a bit dusty with some grit on the floor when I arrived, but i requested a clean after a few days and the floors really gleamed after that. Coffee/maker is decent, especially when fortified with some additional instant. Some of the trim was coming loose in my room, but it didn’t bother me too much. I will stay there again (and have already booked my next work weekend).

The entire hotel was in our room with us!

The ocean view was really nice. That’s where all positives end. The bed wasn’t too bad though the pillows were rock hard and the single blanket was paper thin. The curtains didn’t block out morning light, but who could sleep in with the child upstairs jumping off the bed repeatedly at 5am, the tile floors in the hallway echoing every single step and the walls so thin and without any kind of sound proofing that I COULD HEAR OUR NEIGHBORS ZIP UP THEIR SUITCASE. Seriously, Hotels.com should allow me to post the video I took where you can actually hear the people next door zipping their suitcase closed and talking at normal levels as if in our very room. You could hear the people above us (jumping child and all) talking, you could hear phones in other rooms loudly ringing, and every single person in the hallway walking/talking at normal levels. At one point at 6:30am I actually got up startled our room door had opened on its own. Nope… just didn’t offer any sound barrier whatsoever. I mentioned this to the staff and they said “we’ll make a note of it,” but short of gutting the hotel and doing major construction to properly insulate the walls with a normal amount of soundproofing I can’t imagine how they could fix the issue. And look, I am a seasoned traveler who expects neither perfection nor total comfort, but this is simply ridiculous. If I had paid $70/night maybe I’d have expected it. I highly discourage you from choosing this place unless you bring some serious earplugs.

Run down, filthy property and rooms. We checked in and checked out in one hour, and found another hotel to stay at. The rooms are dirty. I could not have slept there overnight.

The hotel had great views of the ocean. The restaurant was AWESOME! Wish I had more time to eat there. The views in the dining room were amazing and the food was the best I had on my trip. The staff was all friendly.

Was forced to pay for two nights when we only stayed for one night. The rooms had uncomfortable beds, unsupportive pillows, no hand soap in the bathroom. Elevator almost got stuck twice in the less than 8 hours we spent at the establishment. The guy at the service counter who "helped" us couldn't give me a straight answer on why the motel was allowed to charge an extra $100 deposit without having any information of said deposit on the website nor was there any signage on the front counter of this $100 fee. That on top of having to spend $436 on a room worth $60 was egregious at best.

I feel they should also tell you b4 that another $100 deposit will need to be charged at arrival & give you the cost of dog fees. $50 each dog to pay on arrival as well.

When we first got to the property, we noticed how outdated and a little dirty the room and balcony was. The furniture was scuffed, there was missing lampshades.. The coffee provided was only 1 cup per person for 1 day but we have a two night stay. The people in the room connected to ours via an adjacent door we're arguing and slamming doors all evening long on the first night. I told the front task and nothing was done on the second night a family came with a child, there was yelling banging on the adjacent door slamming doors running etc again I told the front desk They said they'd speak to them afterwords I had to call the manager.Nothing changed. When we checked out the following morning, we took our key fobs to the front desk. Nobody inquired how our stay was. Nobody asked us anything, they just said. Thanks. For the amount of money that we paid for that room, we spent more time jumping out of our skin from the slamming of the doors.Then we did enjoying our stay.
