This place is perfectly located—within walking distance of Eureka Springs’ main downtown area, but just out of the mix enough to feel private and secluded. It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a short day.Note that there’s not much of a kitchen, but that isn’t an issue if you aren’t preparing meals.

Quaint Cottage

Very clean and nice cottage. Parking is real tight, don’t bring an extended or large vehicle. Within walking distance of most everything. Really enjoyable stay. Would for sure stay again.

Close to downtown

Great little place within walking distance of downtown. This is the second time we've rented it. Very clean and comfy. Unfortunately we had somewhat noisey neighbors as this unit shares a common wall with the adjoining unit and is on pier and beam type construction so loud walking and banging around was noticeable. Fortunately they were not late night people. Overall we have enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to rent again.

Just ok

Was a little underwhelmed but was comfortable. Nothing overtly wrong with the place just not what we expected. Pretty drafty and chilly space. Smaller than expected. The adjoining tenant was not expected either. We could hear them pretty clearly and whenever they smoked we could smell it. (Not sure if they were outside or not). Close to town and convenient. No huge complaints but would probably not stay here again as we could pay the same amount and get an entire house instead of just an entry, bed, and bath.
