It was great. Very friendly staff, clean room. Jacuzzi was very nice after a long day in the caves & going up & down stairs. It was just the room my husband & I needed.

⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if I could) I booked this hotel months in advance, expecting it to look like the pictures. Instead, we walked into a dark, depressing living room with one lamp, one tiny window, and no ceiling light fixtures. The problems didn’t stop there: • The patio door had water damage with water literally dripping down the doorway. • The bed was disgusting — brown stains across it and red specks at the foot (which looked like dried blood/possible bedbug evidence). • Carpet was filthy, stained, and clearly unvacuumed. • Lamps had mold growing on the rings. • The front door trim was chipped and falling apart. We were in the room less than 30 minutes before deciding it was unlivable. When I asked the on-site manager for help, I was told: “You booked online, nothing I can do.” No refund, no solution. I was forced to rebook elsewhere at my own cost. This wasn’t some budget roadside stop — this place cost over $500. After filing a dispute, I was told to wait 72 hours, but the hotel never answers their phones and we are still out the money. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and a total scam. Do not trust the photos. Do not trust the management. Save yourself the headache, the health risk, and the lost money. I have photos but they won’t let me post them at this time.

Our rooms wasn’t vacuumed we had dead bugs on sides of the bed and behind the furniture. The ceiling has water leak spots. Our balcony door was opened one time and after the handle came off. We let the front desk know. But it was very inconvenient. Overall staff was very nice.

I loved my staying! Nice area, friendly staff, convenient location, easy parking. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable king bed as well. I would recommend it for sure.

The hotel is old. It needs updating for the money. Our room's dresser had holes drilled into it. The wall had spackle covered holes but weren't sanded down to match the wall. Our room was on the back side of the hotel which was nice and quiet.

This was a last minute decision as the hotel we booked and had a confirmation number somehow lost our reservation and could not secure us a room. I’m so skeptical of the Oyo chains but beggars can’t be choosers and vacancies were scarce. So first and foremost the amount of my stay was $225 cheaper than my original hotel (seriously nothing special about the Super 8) so I was like that’s a plus. The Indian gentleman at the front desk isn’t the friendliest man I’ve ever met but just give me my key and I’ll move on. The rooms were surprisingly decent, compared to the original hotel (Super 8) they were no better no worse so that was another plus. It was decently clean and nothing I couldn’t clean myself and be ok with. Some hair left over in the shower but not a deal breaker. The beds were clean and no bugs. Well not real bugs anyways. Someone left some huge plastic roaches on the TV which we found to be funny as hell when realized they were not real. So no they don’t have breakfast but free hotel breakfasts aren’t anything to write home about anyways so it’s not a big deal to us. They do have decent rooms, clean bug free beds and hot water. Checked all my boxes and the price was just the cherry on top. We just might make this place our yearly stay. Super 8 you just lost a customer.

Beware this place is sh!thole

This place was a complete dump. There was mold growing on the walls, drywall cracking, and both the bathroom and refrigerator leaked all over the room. It smelled strongly of mildew. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom, and it had a slight film on top. I can’t stress this enough—it is a straight-up dump. The owner is not always at the desk, and although they advertise free breakfast on weekends from 7:30 to 9:30, that never happened. Considering the cleanliness of the rooms, I doubt I would have eaten it anyway. This place is a hard pass. And to top it all off, the jacuzzi in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since a 1970s XXX movie was filmed there.
