My family loved our stay here, seperate rooms were a big plus. The cost was great and the place was cozy and an easy commute to all the amenities eureka springs gas to offer

Great Apartment but wouldn't stay again.

The apartment was great, very clean and comfortable! The down fall is the permanent residents that live below. As soon as we got there. They had 5 vehicles parked in the fairly large drive. Our parking spots consisted of 2 spots. One directly behind a tree you had to work around. And the other a truck was parked angled so you had to work around that. And when you have multiple people with multiple vehicles staying it made it a bit difficult. The neighbors constantly slammed doors at all hours. And left things out at bottom of our stairs. I'm pretty sure some one was on our balcony while we slept because the chairs were moved.
