It is a large open space with plenty of room to spread out. It includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Additional features include a home theater projection system with surround sound and a deck that overlooks Main street. Two parking spaces are included and you can easily walk to everything Eureka.The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the downtown lifestyle that Eureka Springs has to offer. **This property is above retail space so climbing staircase is required.**

Super cute property! Very comfortable, loved the decor and it’s bigger than the pictures look! Excellent communication with the host and we loved the ice cream that was a bonus!

Second time's the charm!
We enjoy this rental very much. You cant beat the location and its fun being in the middle of the Main street action. It can get noisy outside but thats part of the charm. Beds and furnishings are comfortable. We will definitely he back for a third visit.
