From outdoor adventures like ATV/snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, biking, golfing & fishing you're in the perfect spot to experience the beauty of the region. Our getaway can comfortably sleep 6. Direct Snowmobile/ATV access from the property. Near Sugarloaf Mountain, Dead River, Flagstaff Lake & Appalachian hiking trails. Fully stocked kitchen but for those looking to relax, enjoy local dining directly across the street. Shared fire pit in the backyard. With multiple fishing spots near by it is a great place to come and get early spring fishing. The golf courses give you access to enjoy the summer in the mountains and test out your skills at nearby country clubs. The hiking trails are part of the Appalachian Trail that spans all the way from Georgia. There are also smaller hikes to enjoy, like Bigelow Mountain, Quill Hill, Grand Falls, Sugarloaf, Snow Mountain to overlook the Chain of Ponds, Flaggstaff Mountain to look down at the lake, or West Kennebago. The options for outdoor recreation is endless.

Great place!

What a nice and cozy home! They had everything you could possibly need and more. The house was very clean. The location is very convenient. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely rent at this location again.

Great weekend retreat!

We had a great weekend getaway here. We did some canoeing/kayaking on flagstaff and enjoyed the property very much! Our host was very helpful and answered any questions we had. The place was clean and we loved the steam shower! We would definitely visit here again!
