Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Felt very safe in knowing elevator safety/access to upper floors was available for hotel staff and guests only. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was a bit long. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely disgusting. Pubic hair on floor in bathroom, dirty carpets, dirty shower. The elevator noise is heard through out nearby rooms. We never got to sleep, we left at 3am to go back home to sleep due to elevator noise all night long.
