Booked a corner suite through Expedia. Arrived at hotel to be told we should have been contacted by Expedia because our room supposedly wasn’t available. Got downgraded to a standard 2 queen room and was told we would get a $40 credit. Not impressed with staff, was told it’s expedias fault and you could tell they didn’t really care.

Was marketed as 4 person room with a king and pull out. The pull out was a twin and the size of one adult . Also phone didn’t work had to call front desk from cell phone Pull out didn’t have sheets had to call down for that Wouldn’t have booked if I knew pull out was a twin for one.
