A 4 person studio apartment located on the 6th floor of a quality building very close to Evian town centre.
The entry hallway entrance has a large cupboard and storage [hidden] open kitchen is well-equipped (washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, pans and plates) and faces the lake so you can have your meals with a great view.
The remaining part of the main room has a sofa-bed and 2 single bunk beds that fold into the wall. The large balcony is accessible from the dining area. The bathroom offers a bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.
The flat is located 250 meters from the nearest shop. The entrance to the building is less than 50 meters from the Lake and from a small harbour and shore path.

Studio bien mais la propreté laissait vraiment a désirer
J'ai été obligée de demander un tapis de bain car celui ds la salle de bain était trop sale ,par ailleurs l'agence Greneche m'a fourni une poêle celle dans le studio n'était plus utilisable .
