A nice hotel with onsite parking, albeit it’s very limited. The hotel is not new and it’s a bit dated, but the rooms are big and clean, although our room had a bit of a must or cleaning product smell when you walked. The terrace and the breakfast were delicious and the service was amazing - the bar offers relatively cheap drinks and good food! Close to town and seems to caters to older travellers and small families.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location within the walls of Evora. The patio and interior are so welcoming and our room was bright and fresh with windows we could open for fresh air. Breakfast was amazing. The only mistake we made was not leaving time to hang out more in the hotel - we were in and out too quickly!

An excellent choice in Evora

This hotel is beautifully decorated. It has a historic feel to it but has all the modern amenities. There is parking on site, which is a real plus in this town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and got our bags to the room. We enjoyed our stay.

For the price, we expected more upmarket accommodation/bedroom decor compared to other hotels we have stayed at in this price range. Floors are tile which is very cold on bare feet - rugs in the bedroom would be a good idea. Under whelmed by Évora in general.

Albergaria do Calvario is a lovely hotel just inside the ancient Roman Walls of Evora. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere is complimented by the warm management (Hugo & Joao). The complimentary breakfast was also very good.

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, quiet, very nicely decorated with special attention to details, very kind and attentive staff! Location within 3-10 min walking to all major attractions.l and restaurants. Breakfast was included and high quality with so many choice. Onsite parking at a minimal fee was a big plus. All other guests we met were from US and Canada. Highly recommended!

Everything about this property was perfect, especially the staff. I rated it 4 instead of 5, because the rooms are not sound proof. We could hear our neighbors easily. Luckily they were quiet, but if you got noisy people, it would be unpleasant.

This is an excellent hotel within the old, walled city in Evora. It has great, quiet places to relax off the lobby and in the private outdoor courtyard. Our room was spacious with a king bed, sitting area and private outdoor terrace. The breakfast was terrific with options for pancakes, bacon and eggs any style in addition to continental options. The property was easy to find and has an onsite private parking garage. We had 2 delicious dinners within short walking distance from the hotel that were recommended by the hotel staff. This hotel is operated by Unlock that has a few other hotels in Portugal. Our experience was excellent and we recommend it.

Our room had a covered balcony. It was gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and large. Breakfast was to order and delicious. The hotel is very quiet but just a short walk from all the sights.
