Public transport is excellent, with bus stops only a two-minute walk away and the local train station just four minutes on foot. Exeter city centre is approximately 3.5 miles away, Topsham is 2 miles away, and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium is less than 1 mile from the house.
