Great hotel, really good location, friendly reception, staff and Cleaners, rooms were fine, but the lady at breakfast was shockingly rude both days!

Single rooms were ok when priced around £50-60. Now they are near £100, they are shabby and in need of updating. Moth eaten carpets are not acceptable at that price point.
