Freshly renovated 3 bedroom original historic Exmouth Block-Home. Stay in a piece of Exmouth history whilst enjoying modern luxuries. The house is located conveniently close to the local shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The house offers a perfect getaway with a fenced yard and alfresco area. Great place to stay and relax and base yourself for all your Exmouth adventures.

Carpenter House is a spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is generous in size with an open living room adjacent to it. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a modern en-suite.
The second bedroom offers a king size bed and desk and the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. The alfresco area is perfect to relax or enjoy a drink in the afternoons after a long day at the beach. It is suitable for couples as well as families or a group of people. There is plenty of room for parking including boats.
If you are looking for a getaway that offers a private, modern place in a quiet neighbourhood to call home during your stay, you will enjoy your time at this place.

The house is all yours for your stay. You will have full private access to the whole 3 bedroom house without disturbance from other guests or your hosts. The backyard for the house is fully fenced and is your private space and only for you to enjoy. Parking is available at the front of the property or to the right of the main house. There is enough space to park 2 cars or a car and a boat/caravan/trailer here. The ancillary dwelling is kept separately from the house.

We will give you space to relax and enjoy the property to its full extend so all things going well you will not see us during your stay. However we are close by if there are any issues and contactable by phone or message through AirBnB at any point during your stay. We know the area well and are happy to give advice at any time should you have any questions. Should there be any issues with your accommodation we will attend immediately to resolve any issues. Should there be any minor maintenance issues you note during your stay we would be happy if you notify us so we can attend to these after your stay.

Carpenter House is situated in a quiet street with private access and a fully fenced garden. Plenty of parking is available at the property. The house is only a short 10 minute stroll away from most of the local shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.

Having a car during your stay in Exmouth is the easiest option to get around as most of the attractions around Exmouth and the Ningaloo area are most accessible by car. However a bike will be sufficient to get around town. The cottage is conveniently located close to most of the shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés just a short walk away.
An airport shuttle bus is available but if you are hiring a car you can pick up directly from the airport or in town.

We would like to ask you to be respectful and polite to our neighbours at all times. This is our home and we would appreciate if you could make the effort to be mindful of our lovely surrounding neighbours especially regarding noise control in the evenings, at night and in the early morning hours.
Please clean your dishes and put them away before you vacate.

Strictly no fish cleaning at the house and no fish remains in the bins. Please use filleting tables at the boat ramps.
