This Provencal country house of 160m² will delight you with its authenticity and refinement
Heated salt pool (6x11), lush garden, equipped pool house: fridge, BBQ, plancha with relaxation area and sanitary facilities
Outbuilding with entrance near the pool
Ideal for soaking up the atmosphere of Provence & its pine forest smells
The bastide has two floors.
On the ground floor of the house, the main entrance opens onto a fully equipped Provençal kitchen and the living room with its cathedral roof. You will appreciate their coolness in summer and their cosiness in winter with the splendid fireplace (stone floor heating or cooling and individual air conditioning).
A pretty glass roof adjoining the main house has been converted into a reading corner.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room / WC
- 1 bedroom with a 180cm bed in suite with a bathroom / WC
The bastide and its pretty glass roof offer a warm and cosy interior where it is good to live and rest.
The exterior :
- a 6x11 m heated salt water swimming pool and deckchairs
- Poolhouse: Plancha / Barbecue / sink / mini fridge

- Relaxation area, table tennis, terrace with tables and chairs
