Melano - Your typical Italian Village!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Melano. The accomodation was quaint, well appointed, and extremely clean. It was a treat to have coffee available in the apartment when we arrived. Carlo was lovely, very pleasant and helpful!

Un piccolo angolo nel verde

Il rustico è piccolino, ideale per una coppia, tre persone al massimo. È ben arredato e completo di tutto quello che può servire anche per lunghi soggiorni. Il proprietario, Carlo, è una persona deliziosa, sempre disponibile e pronta a elargire consigli. La zona è ideale per raggiungere Fabriano, vicinissima, la gola di Frasassi e le più note città dell'Umbria. È ben collegata anche con la costa, infatti in poco più di un'ora si raggiunge Senigallia. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni in questa bellissima casetta, ben organizzata, che per noi è stata un ottima base di partenza per le nostre gite giornaliere. La residenza ha rispettato le aspettative e le nostre esigenze di questo viaggio. Il posto molto carino in mezzo alla pace, a pochi km da Fabriano e punto strategico per chi come noi ha voluto visitare parte delle Marche ma anche dell'Umbria. Il Signor Canneta é una persona squisita, molto disponibile e discreto. Ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni, stradali, di interesse turistico ed enogastronomiche. Provare per credere

Meraviglioso Rustico

Und wieder einmal verbrachte ich eine Urlaubswoche im schönen Ambiente des Rustico von Padrone Carlo. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber,man hat alles zur Verfügung für sein tägliches Leben,ich fühlte mich sehr wohl hier zu sein. Carlo hat immer gute Ratschläge sowohl für schöne Orte in der grandiosen Natur als auch für interessante historische Orte,die man ringsum findet. Es war eine interessante und zugleich auch entspannte und erholsame Woche in Melano. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause....es lädt zum Wiederkommen ein.... Fatto bene Padrone Carlo e grazie mille per tutto Ute Schmalz

Soggiorno relax

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana insieme alla mia compagna e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa si trova in posizione strategica, è completa di tutto, ed in condizioni impeccabili. Carlo è un padrone di casa discreto ma anche disponibile a fornire informazioni su tutti i luoghi di interesse della zona. Straconsiglio sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni.

Rustico accogliente e spazioso.

Proprietà molto carina, immersa nelle colline marchigiane all'interno del piccolo paese di Melano (FB). Molto vicina a Fabriano e a mezz'ora dalle Grotte di Frasassi. Il sig. Carlo è molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato a chi cerca relax nella natura.

Wer die Natur der Berge und ländliche Ruhe liebt,findet im Dörfchen Melano ein wirklich schönes Domicil. Ich verbrachte Anfang Oktober 19 eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche im Rustico von Padrone Carlo Canneta. Melano liegt am Hang mit Blick auf die Berge des Appenin,welch schöne Ausblicke auf den Monte Catria..und einfach die schöne Landschaft. Auch in die Stadt Fabriano mit seinem sehenswerten Centro Storico ist es nicht weit,man kann sich dort mit allem versorgen was man fürs tägliche Leben so braucht. Das Rustico selbst ist stilvoll renoviert und sehr gepflegt,schön und praktisch zugleich im marquinischen Stil eingerichtet,mit allem was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht.Auch das Schlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich,bei dieser ländlichen Ruhe konnte ich bestens schlafen!! Ich habe hier ausgesprochen gerne gewohnt,fühlte mich wohl und auch gut betreut. Carlo Canneta hatte stets gute Ideen und Ratschläge parat für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend,er kennt sich eben bestens aus.Und so habe ich wirklich vieles gesehen. Ich kann dieses nette Rustico sehr empfehlen und komme gerne auch wieder. Ute Schmalz aus Reutlingen

Fabriano tra le pieghe della carta e della storia

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti a Melano un piccolo e grazioso borgo a pochi chilometri da Fabriano e da altre cittadine storiche umbre e marchigiane abbiamo trovato una bella casa molto caratteristica curata nei dettagli e accogliente il signor Carlo è stato prodigo di consigli su cosa vedere e visitate e dove gustare le specialità fabrianesi torneremo sicuramente

Un assaggio delle Marche veraci

La casa è molto bella e la posizione tranquilla. Carlo è accogliente e disponibile. Chiedetegli indicazioni su cosa visitare e assaggiare e non ve ne pentirete. La zona è piena di cose da visitare e l'ambiente è molto verde e riposante. Le Marche comme il faut!

Klasse Wohnung - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Melano genossen. Unser Ziel war die Erholung, Wandern in den Bergen (und dort gibt es reichlich schöne Ecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten), einfach abschalten. Die Wohnung in Melano, liebevoll von Carlo Canetta zur Verfügung gestellt, ist eine einsame Spitze mit dem typischen italienischen Flair einer Burg. Diese Wohnung hatte alles was man zum Leben braucht. Leider musste ich meinen Aufenthalt 12 Stunden vorher abbrechen, da ein dringender Auftrag erledigt werden sollte und ich wollte mich nicht verspäten, daher sind wir abends losgefahren statt am nächsten Tag um 07:00. Ich würde diese Wohnung und den Besitzer uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
