A beautiful Oasis perfect for romantic escapes! Part of a development of 22 apartments in lush gardens of 4 hectares of area offers modern, refined and good tastes, including a modern kitchen fully equipped with a hob and all the necessary appliances for a pleasant self-catering living room. A spacious dining room is furnished with an elegant white round table and design chairs. A sunny lawn offers you a delicious place where you can enjoy a picnic or a glass of wine or you can relax in the sun with a good book on one of the pools by the pool, located above the property, both offer the perfect excuse for a lot of relaxation and enjoyment of the splendid view of the lake. The interior of the property also boasts an elegant bedroom with good furnished with elegant white minimalist furniture and a double bed. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, for a maximum of two children. A cradle and high chair are available on request. The Internet are available, a Smart TV, in addition to a constantly expanding library of books as well as information and guides that cover the local area. You will have so much that you keep busy on a rainy day when the lake takes on a surreal beauty. A modern and well -equipped bathroom offers shower, sink and toilet, and is easily accessible to those who sleep in the living room.
