Located on acreage in a semi-rural setting, you'll have plenty of room for everyone in this modern home with great break out spaces, a large swimming pool and a fire pit to sit around. This is a great option year-round where you can enjoy in comfort with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep cool in the Summer and a gas fireplace for the Winter.
The spacious house has three bedrooms downstairs including the open lounge, kitchen and dining areas as the heart of the home and a further bedroom upstairs, to a combined four bedrooms. All of the beds are made up with linens and towels for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your own beach towels, as a number of great beaches nearby in Forster, Tuncurry and Hallidays Point are a great reason for an easy day trip.
Separate to the main house is a large rumpus room with its own air conditioning, ceiling fans and bathroom. A great way to give the adults some space from the kids for a bit, play a game of pool or relax on the couches overlooking the swimming pool.
