This is an excellent home for a winter stay. It has a heated garage, convenient location, and the property manager, Juan, is excellent. There it one potential negative though. The name for the property implies that you will see the northern lights from the property. It is in a neighborhood with street lights and across from a medical facility with lights. Those are not ideal conditions for the aurora.

Fantastic stay!

This house was the perfect place for us (2 adult couples) for the Fairbanks portion of our Alaska trip. It was a great size and location, immaculate as far as cleanliness and the host was fantastic at communicating. The Riverwalk path was right there for me to get my morning runs in, and we saw an incredible aurora display our last night there (went over to the canoe launch area by Heritage Park).I’d definitely stay there again!
