Unable to connect to the internet from the 6th floor, thus unable to work, the room had wet spots on the floor around the fridge and the room smelled of urine and socks. Stay often for work and usually the room is very nice. Overall disappointed.

The hotel overall was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. The only 2 "strikes" against it, in my opinion were the breakfast buffet price and the online room descriptions. We thought the buffet looked very nice but we did not wish to spend $25/person when we were looking for a light breakfast. It did look good though. Also the online photos did not seem to match up with the specific rooms. When booked, I thought I had booked a different room based on the photos. That being said, it was clean and the staff was polite and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Furnishings were clean but a little jaded. The TV could use upgrading. Room cleaning was by request. Internet worked fine. Dining was limited to one restaurant but the menu selections were good and well prepared. Service was very good. I would stay there again.

Hotel was fine. Sounds like new ownership ( not confirmed) is in place. Our room was out of bath soap which is strange. Front desk mentioned the order hasn’t come in. Tough luck for us I guess. We ran to Safeway for bar soap. Vending machines on every floor are empty. Assuming a new contract is yet to be in place with the vendor. Our keys stopped working after the first night and we had to have them renewed. Minor hiccups but overall decent price for two night stay. Seems like Managers could easily fix a few things. If your order of soap is out then buy some local. Run to Costco. Gotta figure out how to make things happen. At least keep the essentials available.

Our room was dirty and there was no housekeeping at all. You had to request service, which would be fine, but I would think picking up trash would be a concern n everyday thing. There were stains in the furniture and not all the power outlets worked. Check in was 3:00pm and we were told we couldn’t check in because our room wasn’t ready. Very frustrating after a long day of travel.
