The room was not clean . We had hair in the bathtub…. Some random crackers in corners of the room… so yes …. Not clean…. We have been coming here for over 10 years but the last 3-4 , we saw the decline . It was definitely our last time staying sadly, the prices are going up but it seems that they are cutting funds and no improvement for any areas.

Always have a good time staying here! This time arrived to no electricity in the facility. The rooms were cold, pools closed early and no discount for inconvenience were provided. Didn’t quite enjoyed our stay this time unfortunately as both of us got cold next day.

Fairmont is showing its age. We’ve been vacationing there for 30 plus years and the carpets, bathrooms and especially the floors of the elevator need updating or fixing. Staff are always great. I would also suggest their kitchen have a backup generator so their frequent power outages don’t result in an inability to access food of any kind.

The pool was absolutely gross. Full of leaves, twigs and dirt. There was no power, and none of the hotel staff offered lighting for a dark room. The kitchen staff was sent home early, so we couldn't get dinner. My wife and I were completely disgusted in the way things were handled at the hotel and did not stay the night. I would like a refund
