The view from the property is magnificent. However the property has clearly changed management and is working out a few bugs The front desk has moved and there was no sign indicating the new location. In the room the beds are vey soft and had more than enough pillows to satisfied anyone's needs. The room was very clean but did not have a microwave. It did however have a microwave in the common area near the pop machine. In the bathroom they provide shampoo, container andhad lotion but only one soap to use between the shower and shower. Since this is a hot spring resort I expected two bathrobes to be available but we had only one and had to request a second. The restaurants are very good with beautiful views from the windows. The staff were mostly friendly but there was a lineup at check in. Overall I would still recommend this property but I would make sure you request your needs if things are missing. Lastly the hot springs are very nice and they are included for all guests. That includes the public pools and the lodge only pool and spa area.

Clean, comfortable room with all amenities as well as bathrobes for use in going to and from the pools. A perfect stay for a quick trip to the car show in Radium. The only issue that we encountered was the lack of adequate staffing in the restaurants. It took quite a long time after being seated to be able to place our orders.

The hot springs were nice but needs upgrading. Beds were comfy however the accommodations are all very dated and rundown. Rotting balconies are unsafe, railing in loft rooms are wobbly and a hazard. There are no ovens in the kitchen rooms. Room for 6 people and only 3 forks. The bathroom was dirty on checkin. The fridge door broken, the stovetop cooked very slow. Housekeeping was extremely slow at restocking. Had to ask 3 times in one day for toilet paper and towels. The best part is the view, hot pools and beds. The prices they charge do not match the accommodation given. Please charge less or update, especially the rotting balconies and railings in the loft rooms as those are huge safety hazards and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is a great resort with lots to do and wonderful staff. Hot springs were very enjoyable. However the hotel itself is old and is looking run down. Smells like dirty laundry in the hallways and dirty carpets. The room itself smelled fine. Beds are old, are way to soft and you end up in a hole the you need to climb out of in the middle of the night. The view was great but the windows were very dirty. With all that said would stay again but would not pay a premium for this hotel

Warm water get away

A couple of days get away for a bit of relaxation. The guest pool was nice and very relaxing, much less busy than the main hotsprings pools. Rest of the area is nice, close to some hiking trails andna short drive to the lake. The food was okay. The restaurant seating in the evenings was terrible. Patio was closed and they only had a couple of tables that werent hitops, and as a short person with a previous back injury, im not a huge fan of sitting with my legs dangling like a toddler. Private patios were nice to enjoy your in room coffee in the am
