Great house for our multi-family vacation. House was very clean, orderly and well-stocked. Host was very welcoming and super responsive to any questions or issues. Best part - all rooms are spacious and there's a number of gathering spaces for everyone - each of which is inviting and conformable - so even a large group does not feel on top of one another.

The property is very large and exceptional. There were nine adults in my group. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked, large and easily accommodates multiple cooks. We ended up eating in more than planned. The outdoor deck and eating area is large and has a wonderful view of the property. The pool was large and very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at the property with a multi-generational family (grandparents, parents and kids). We had 4 kids ages 1-7, and 6 adults. The house was so well set up for the kids and adults, we will definitely be returning.There are so many good things to say but here are some of the highlights: We loved walking around the track in the backyard, making smores by the firepit, catching frogs at the pond. We swam to our heart's content and got fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. Kids also used the zipline and play equipement etc. Cannot emphasize enough how nice it is to have a house that already has toys and areas set up for the kids. The basement was a huge hit and it was great to have that indoor space for them. We set up rock-band and everyone played together & made some lasting memories. The host was also incredible, so kind and communicative. When we had any questions she responded right away. One thing to note regarding pool safety is that the property has a fence around the pool area, which was very important for us with the little kids. They also have an alarm that can be set to sound when a door is opened. The one side of the fence though that is facing the house would be climb-able if you have any kids who are climbers (esp age 2-3). If that was the case, you could keep all those door locked and go the long way around the house and to go in and out of the pool, which is less convenient, but do-able. Amazing property & I highly recommend it!

Great week at the Country House!

Our family of 14 enjoyed the expansive property and amenities offered. The listing was accurate and the space/privacy was appreciated! The kids loved the zip line, frog pond, and craft room. There were plenty of quiet cozy spots for us to break up and do our own thing.

This a fabulous property. It has several living areas that are wonderful for gathering together, or just a quiet place to read, do artwork or work. The kitchen is very large with lots of counterspace, a very large commercial stove with oven and two built in ovens. We loved the chickens which were outside in a pen and my grand girls gathered eggs several times a day. We had fresh eggs every morning. The lily/frog pond was beautiful and very lively with frogs jumping from the ponds edge and hopping pad to pad. The pool and hot tub were used constantly. This house is very close to several falls including Niagara Falls and the Finger Lakes, breweries, restaurants and vineyards. It has a running track that was extremely handy for morning or afternoon exercise. Our hostess, Whitney, texted many times to check in and gave us other falls to see and places to visit. This is a top 10 place to stay!

Family weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental! The house is clean and roomy! Spacious enough for a large family getaway! My daughter really enjoyed the chickens and frog pond. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the house! The master bedroom was like a hotel suite and amazing views of the outdoors. There was so much to do on the property and the outdoor space like like pool and hot tub was a bonus and beautiful space to hang out. My daughter who is five loved all the activities to do around the house, rain or shine. She really enjoyed the craft corner upstairs. We definitely would be back again!

Brockport Graduation & Family Reunion

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our extended family to get together to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and so accommodating! The house was extremely clean and all amenities were provided for with such care! We loved our stay and visiting the chickens and eating the delicious eggs. What a treat! We highly recommend this property!

We stayed for a weekend wedding. Wonderful place for all grand babies and their families to come together ! Plenty of room to spread out with big open kitchen. My daughter even gathered the eggs for breakfast. Host was very responsive to our questions and we really appreciated that!

Fabulous Stay

We spent a week here and everything was fabulous. The home is large and looks just as you see it on the website, which isn't always the case. The views from any window were incredible, so enjoyable to drink our morning tea and coffee while looking out. The pool was great, the kids were in it everyday. There was plenty for the kids to do, the trampoline, climbers and zip line were a big hit with the young ones. Collecting the eggs each day was great fun for the kids and we all enjoyed eating them for breakfast. Lots to do in the Rochester area, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the house. The house has everything you could need if you choose to make your own meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to work with Whitney again for one of their other properties too. Whitney checked in with us regularly to offer options for what to do while the weather was rainy to ensure we had a great time, she was a pleasure to work with and truly cares about her guests experience.

Fall Family Getaway

Perfect place for our fall family getaway! Enjoyed the pool, catching frogs, and apple picking at nearby Wickham farms. The guys enjoyed golfing also nearby! You really have everything you need..even fresh eggs every day! The grandchildren really enjoyed gathering the eggs 😊 even baking apple pie. The hosts Brian and Whitney were very accommodating and accessible. Highly recommended this property.

A great property for a large group

This property and home is very big with 6 truly usable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, a large and well equipped kitchen, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a pool and hot tub, a park-like setting in the back yard. And the chickens that lay fresh eggs were a true highlight! We were in the area for our child’s college graduation and this house was perfectly suited for our large extended family. Communication with the host was efficient and very clear. Highly recommended!

So Much More Than You Think

This property is gorgeous! It was MORE than enough for my family for a weekend get together to celebrate my 30th birthday. I’m a local from Rochester and had no idea a place like this was so close. We could have just stayed on the property all weekend to celebrate. And when I left my glasses behind, Whitney was a more than gracious host and was able to get them back to me. We had two kids (9 and 11) who loved everything. I don’t even remember seeing them because of all the entertainment they had available to them. The adults were able to enjoy the paved track in the backyard in the morning and the back patio for coffee. Thank you Whitney for checking in throughout the stay and being such a gracious host! We loved it!
