This modern stone house is located in an elevated position and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The house is superbly equipped. The spacious living and dining area offers every comfort. Exclusive residential landscapes provide comfortable atmosphere and invite you to linger. For cooler evenings and in winter a fireplace for cozy warmth. The house is also equipped with air conditioning. The fully equipped, comfortable self-catering kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The upper floor offers 3 individual bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, in modern standard with Cretan charm. The light-filled hallway leads to a stylishly decorated belvedere-terrace, which reveals beautiful country views. An extra guest can be accommodated terrace that features a single bed and patio furniture. The bathroom impresses with its discreet design and offers Mediterranean flair. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and sink, all completely new. The space behind it houses a washing machine and electric dryer.

The beauty and generosity of the vacation rental can already discover at the entrance.

The house has a spacious terrace, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.

Sehr schöne Villa, Ca. 200m von der leider noch hörbaren Nationalstraße entfernt. 2 Kritikpunkte: Geschirrspüler verdreckt, so dass das Geschirr nicht sauber wurde. Warmwasserboiler kaputt gegangen, schnell repariert und nach 2 Tagen wieder kaputt.
