Set on a large private plot and surrounded by nature, the villa offers total privacy, spectacular view,s and a relaxed atmosphere—ideal for families, couples, or friends.

The villa is built on one level and designed with comfort and elegance in mind. Large panoramic windows open towards the pool and garden, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor living experience.

Main house
Spacious living room with fireplace, large Smart TV and comfortable seating
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances
Dining area for up to 8 guests with pool and sea views
2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Separate guest bedroom (just behind the main house)
1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Ideal for guests who value extra privacy (friends, grandparents, teenagers)
