dirty hallways
The description of the hotel was better than the actual facility. The hallways were dirty. we could hear the people talking in the room next to us at night. At the pub, one of the waiters spent more time laughing with his buddies than helping other customers. Nice staff in the restaurant. room was very tiny and the stairs the bathroom are a bit of a hazard.

Our stay at the Greenbank Hotel was just what we needed. Our room was cosy and warm, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous and within walking distance of the town. We will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel, very convenient to Falmouth centre, the staff were all brilliant, food and drink was all first class, beautiful room with stunning views, we certainty will return, 10 out of 10.
