This freshly renovated, furnished and decorated home is less than 10 minutes walk to centre of Falmouth and less than 15 minutes walk to the famous Gyllyngvase Beach. Its got fast Wi-Fi, a beautiful sitting room and kitchen, new immaculate bathrooms, a freshly paved back yard with garden furniture and BBQ, off-street parking for 1 car and free on street parking too. Netflix and Amazon Video on the TV. Go on, treat yourself!
Lovingly restored terraced house located on a quiet residential street. This newly renovated home is less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Falmouth and less than 15 minutes walk to the famous Gyllyngvase Beach.
We ve only just renovated and decorated this beautiful old Victorian Terraced Home, so everything in it brand new (apart from a few vintage items here and there!). Most of the furniture is new, the kitchen is new, the bathrooms are all new.
On the ground floor, there is lovely sitting room with a new 40" Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video). There s a new kitchen / dining room with an enormous table, leading through to the garden. There s also a handy double room with a nice big sash window out to the back yard, and a second bathroom with a shower and loo.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and bathroom at the front of the house, a twin room looking out over the back yard and a large family bedroom at the back.9

Nicely presented internal areas, clean, good bathrooms and showers. Good kitchen facilities and clean simple bedrooms. Quite a few students in the area, some who occasionally like to party into the early morning, great location otherwise to the town centre.
