This is a basic clean older motel whose best feature is its location, walking distance to town. We were in Falmouth for my wife to run the Cape Cod half-marathon and we could walk to the start/finish area and leave the car at the motel.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the ice machine was locked in the office which wasn't attended. We tried 3 different times. I would still stay again.

The room was clean but basic. The problem was on Sunday morning the bathroom had two inches of water on the floor and the toilet would not flush. We called the owners and because of a language barrier they told me to send an email. This is unacceptable. I would like a partial refund.

Nice Hotel, Conveniently Located

The hotel is not much to look at on the outside, but the rooms were very nice, clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice.

This is a great property, very well located in Falmouth. We had a short stay to catch the Island Queen to Marthas Vineyard ( a few minutes walk away ). The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was good. We didn't use the pool. A few minutes walk to shops and restaurants.
