The hotel is new and clean. We had 3 rooms among our family and each night one or more of the rooms, third floor, together, lost a lot of sleep due to noisy guests and no insulation for sound. We told management who notifies occupants to little effect.

The heat did not work and there is no continuous fan anymore. Not ideal to have no continuous fan, Hilton seems to think that not having a fan running while you sleep is a good thing. Not a happy customer.
