Family reunion staying here, but I booked 2 king rooms and when checked in we were given 2 full beds for each room. Even when showing the reservation on my phone they blamed it on Expedia, that they are the ones that changed my room types. 1 room reeked of cigarette smoke when all rooms are smoke free. When reporting it to front desk she only said sorry and no other rooms available. 2nd room door was hard to open and close as there was a hump in front of our door that you had to push/pull the door. Spider webs in the bathroom counters with nail clippings.
Another family member got locked into thier room at several points or couldn't get in cause the door handle was worn out. They stated was fixed then did it again, so they had to fix a 2nd time.
Second floor had people in hallways hoopin and hollerin all hours of the night in thier rooms and hallway and some of us have on the spectrum kids that had to deal with this.
Won't stay here again until they get things in order
