Lovely little hotel in a great location.

Ours was only a flying one-night visit, but we thought this hotel was lovely - a very warm welcome and a beautiful, comfortable room in a great location, all for an excellent price.

Location is good to get to Old Town and marina area. Desk clerk was impatient to the point of being rude. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and got zero help from the clerk. I was told to take it up with the manager in the morning, but we left at 4:30am to the airport, so that didn’t work out so well. My advice, stay away.

Clean and 5 minute walk from the marina. “Private” balcony was just an area of the roof terrace that is open for all and had washing hanging all over it. Not a very pleasant sight. Towels were not changed at all.

We choose this property for its proximity to the Festival F. To be honest the next time we visit Faro we will most likely not choose this property. The room while very clean is extremely small. The comfort of the bed is okay at best. No amenities such as a mini fridge. The friendliness of the staff varied from not welcoming to okay but not the friendliness that we typically receive. To be fair the amenities are always relative to the price and I would be fine with this property if the price was much lower than other properties with more amenities.

They offered 24hour checkin but the person who opened for us was ckearly sleeping and was not welcoming at alll. They also charged us to store our bags. Personally if i stay at your property i believe bag storage afrer checkout should be free as was the case with many other properties i have stayed at.

Bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Marks on the wall where flies had been killed. Found hair in the shower. But overall my sleep was good. It did what it needed to do.
