One night in Faro on our way further down the Algarve- was perfect for walking to the town and restaurants for our family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys).

Poor customer service

We stayed 2 nights in the junior suit. The beds weren't too bad. We slept comfortably. The duvet had hair on it. The floor was dusty and the cleanliness of the toilet and the bathroom needs big improvement. The night staff and day staff have bad level of customer service. They could be be more welcoming to guests that pay to stay there. There is no breakfast offered at this executive house. Otherwise the location is great. Walking distance with the town, close to restaurants and public transport.

Amazing place to stay quiet area itself but an about 5-8 mins walk to old town ( full of shops and restaurants) and 13 mins to the marina where you can get a €4 return trip to the beach. The property its self is amazing ; roof top terrace, kitchen for use. Come and go as you please. You can acquire hair dryers and irons from reception for a €20 deposit which you get back as soon as you return the item. The airport was a short drive away and cheap via uber or bolt.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The only issue is that they don’t provide almost any amenities. I asked for conditioner and body lotion and it never showed up. Not very responsive staff, otherwise the hotel is good.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only issue was the functioning of the controls in sink and shower. It is not intuitive. Took me forever to figure out the shower. Also we learned that Portugal hotels require your passport info. Faro also wanted 2€ each person in cash for City Tax. Expedia should add this to the room cost.

Tight fit

Tight fit for average people, few inches to squeeze around the beds in places and couldn't physically fit in the bathroom without gymnastics (6ft and 36in waist). Could only just get through the doors by turning sideways!

Very nice hostel with good facilities and outdoor space. The shower did leak onto the floor and it was a bit silly to ask for €20 cash as a deposit to use the iron and hairdryer (I have never had to hand over a deposit for these) as I was on my way home the next day and didn’t want to get it out in cash. I managed to convince the receptionist to give both to me without a deposit in the end! Overall really comfortable stay.

Brilliant Staff

Room was great, large windows so very bright, bed very comfortable and shower was lovely - staff on the desk was amazing, gave us a hand drawn map showing us the best places to go as he was a local, top tier service which we loved.
