4-bedroom holiday home near the sea

Great holiday home with garden and sea view. Located in quiet surroundings, in close proximity to beaches, the coastal path, marina, restaurant and shop. There is also an airport nearby, but it is not operational.

Lista offers beautiful beaches and hiking areas, and raw nature for fishing and birdwatching enthusiasts. This is also an eldorado for surfing and kiting.

The house is located a short walk from Nordhasselvika - highlighted by The Guardian as one of the top 20 most beautiful "hidden beach gems" in Europe.

Newer house suitable for up to 10 people divided into 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, and there is a moveable extra bed. This gives a total of 11 beds if necessary. Living room and dining room with open kitchen. Loft room with glass railings towards the living room and great sea view. In the garden you can enjoy the peace on the terrace or in the garden room - a completely separate living room that can be closed with glass doors.

The house has a consistently high standard and is fully equipped with most technical facilities such as all white goods, central vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, food processor, SONOS music system, 2 x TVs (50" and 41"), Apple TV (Netflix, Max etc) and games console (Playstation 4). The house also has a charging station for electric cars (up to 11Kw charging speed). The entire house has a ventilation system with filtered fresh air supply and exhaust, which provides a good indoor climate in all rooms.

Allergy-friendly duvets/pillows without feathers, no pets.

You will meet the house with all beds made up, bed linen and towels are included.
