A lovely holiday chalet

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the chalet. The property was equipped with everything we could need and is located in a quiet residential area just a short drive from lake Annecy and also perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. We would definitely return for another stay.

A wonderful stay

It’s our second time of renting this chalet. The location suits us perfectly to enjoy stunning Lake Annecy and the beautiful Haute Savoie area. The chalet managers went above and beyond to assist us in our stay. We’d happily return!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable and very well equipped property in a quiet neighbourhood about 4km away from south end of Lake Annecy and about 25km away from Annecy town. Lovely views of the mountains and easy access to the paragliding launch site. Host/manager was very helpful. There is a joinery very close to the chalet but it didn't disturb us at all, also be aware there is a resident cat.

ArrivĂ©e Ă  l'adresse indiquĂ©e, accueillis par SĂ©bastien, qui intermĂ©diaire avec les propriĂ©taire, un homme trĂšs agrĂ©able et prĂ©cieux !Le wifi est libre, avec le code indiquĂ© sur la box.Pas d'autres instructions que celles donnĂ©es oralement par SĂ©bastien : nous avons fait au mieux quand certaines questions se posaient, et si besoin, un petit coup de fil rĂ©glait le problĂšme.L'endroit est parfait quand on cherche le sud du lac : c'est un peu loin d'Annecy, surtout en Ă©tĂ© avec la circulation dĂ©lirante. Mais c'est idĂ©alement situĂ©, prĂšs de Faverges et de tous les commerces, proche du lac sans ĂȘtre dans la cohue qui y est liĂ©, j'achĂšterais sans doute lĂ  si l'occasion s'en prĂ©sentait.

Tout est bien équipé, cadre au alentour merveilleux Vélo, randonné pédestre tour du lac d'Annecy, randonnée à pied, le col de la Forclaz magnifique et parapente à la Forclaz à faire inoubliable

Beau potentiel mais à améliorer

Contact avec les propriĂ©taires agrĂ©able. ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part facile avec la personne sur place, qui a d'ailleurs Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active lorsqu'on nous avons eu un problĂšme de serrure et que nous Ă©tions coincĂ©s dehors. PropretĂ© du logement Ă  amĂ©liorer. Aucune penderie pour suspendre les vĂȘtements, juste des commodes Ă  tiroirs. Pompe Ă  chaleur de la piscine en panne, nous n'avons donc pas su profiter pleinement de la piscine vu les tempĂ©ratures certains jours de notre sĂ©jour. Et d'aprĂšs le jardinier, elle Ă©tait en panne depuis un certain temps mais nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu. Il faudrait indiquer dans l'annonce qu'un chat est prĂ©sent car cela peut dĂ©ranger certaines personnes : beaucoup de poils sur les coussins intĂ©rieurs et extĂ©rieurs, chat qui veut rentrer dans la maison, et qui essaie de sauter sur la table ou sur la plancha aux repas. ProblĂšme Ă©galement pour les personnes allergiques aux poils de chats. On est plus dans un Airbnb que dans un logement de vacances, on se sent chez les propriĂ©taires. Mais le logement Ă©tait suffisant pour 6 personnes, il a un beau potentiel, il suffirait d'amĂ©liorer certaines choses.

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer schönen lÀndlichen Gegend

Chalet trÚs accueillant, fonctionnel. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 petits enfants (5 et 2 ans), nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. Au calme, terrasse et jardin trÚs appréciable !
