Front desk person was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Although Hotels.com went on and charged me for the night's stay, I ended up leaving and finding other accommodations. This would be the VERY LAST place I would stay in Fayetteville, AR

"Squeaky" Clean

Very clean and tidy rooms. I always check for bugs and was happy to see they have the fitted mattress protectors and no sign of critters. Very nice bathrooms and love the change to the new large bottles of shampoo/conditioner on the walls. Still kinda worried if they are sanitized enough but assuming they are. Shower water was plenty hot and towels fluffy and clean. Bed is on the very firm side but comfortable. My only issue is the metal spings the bed is on were unbearably squeaky and echoing the whole night. I kept waking to the SKKRTCH sound of duct tape being aggressively pulled off a roll only to realize its the bed squeaking. I move a lot in my sleep and also have restless leg syndrome so it was hard to sleep through the noise. I recommend switching to another bed frame style ASAP. So NOT a good nights rest but otherwise excellent stay.

Even though our room was available and ready, I was charged 20.00 for a slightly early check-in. Then I was charged 100.00 up front for incidentals but was told it would be refunded in a few days. I’ve had hotels tell me they would hold my card in case of incidentals but never needed to charge. Then when I got home from my trip, they charged my card again for another 100.00 and I had to call. At first she didn’t admit to two charges but then admitted it was charged twice. She was not apologetic at all. And we didn’t even bother to eat breakfast the 2nd day either. It was awful. The only good thing I can say is that it was clean.

The front doors had to be pulled open instead of an automatic door making carrying in suitcases difficult. The furnishings were worn and old, the sheets were threadbare, the outlets on the lamp did not work and the breakfast was very basic with limited choices. The bathroom looked like it had been updated recently, but that was the only positive.

Spray they use/is absolutely horrible. Definitely masking something Downstairs and in the room hallways Back door into the building was not locked and not even shut - time around 11:30 PM Room needs to be redone but it was clean and the beds were comfortable Breakfast was well done
