Great stay overall! The house was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The location also felt very safe and convenient. The only downside was that the host didn’t respond when we had asked a question, so communication could have been a bit better. Other than that, we had a wonderful visit.

The house was perfect for our trip to see our kids in Fayetteville- it felt like home away from home! Very clean and nicely decorated and plenty of room. We enjoyed the little back porch for coffee in the morning. The house had just about everything anyone would need and more. I The only thing I would recommend would be adding a few pots, pans, and baking sheets. We cooked during our stay, and we had to have our son bring over cooking supplies because there were no baking sheets and only one pot and one pan. That was only a very minor thing and everything else was perfect!!

Host was excellent and responded back immediately.Place is very beautifully decorated. Our only issue we had was our phones were not set up with the apple tv. to be able to watch tv. It may have been in the directions but we couldn't figure it out. Everything else great!

If I could give more than 10 stars I would. Every accommodation that could be made was present. This is a newly hotel-like setting remodeled home that is so impressive. A big fenced in backyard made our little Frenchie not want to come inside- she loved it! This was impeccably clean and inviting. You immediately felt relaxed and the decor just made you smile!! For 1600 square feet, this charmer felt like a castle. Rachel is a premiere host who was responsive to my questions-I and my family could not have been happier with our stay in Fayetteville!!

The location was 10-15 minutes from the main places in Fayetteville we visited but it was to have a nice quiet place to come back to. Easy to access and having the garage option was nice since there was a threat of hail during our stay. A/C worked well, water pressure and temp were good
