Not to mention the supplied Keurig coffee machine ensuring your perfect cup every morning.
The living room, bathed in warm, natural light, is adorned with comfortable seating and a flat-screen Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind from a day’s exploration. The dedicated workspace offers a serene area for those needing to keep up with work or studies during their stay.
Sleep in comfort in our three bedrooms, tastefully decorated to ensure restful slumbers. Two bedrooms feature plush queen beds with an elegant ensuite bathroom, replete with double vanity area and a bathtub/shower combo, while the third bedroom is ideally designed for children with its two cozy twin beds.
As day turns to evening, enjoy the sun-kissed deck overlooking the expansive fenced yard - a scenic spot for relaxed family picnics or playful games with your pets.

The proximity of this home to downtown and the University of Arkansas campus makes it easy to get out and about and explore the town as well as the famous natural surroundings. Charming Fayetteville has a quaint small-town feel with loads of cultural attractions, restaurants, outdoor activities, and campus sporting events to keep even the pickiest family member entertained. Feel like a local as you bike or walk to the best that downtown has to offer.
Nearby Dickson Street is the heart of downtown Fayetteville’s music and nightlife scene. There’s a fantastic variety of nighttime entertainment to suit all tastes-from laid back lounges to energetic live music venues.
