Incredible location and beautiful place. Park once in the designated parking spot and never have to move your car again. Communication with the owner was excellent and above and beyond expectations. It is loud on a Saturday night, but that’s to be expected with a location on Dickson.

Nice Studio on Dickson

I stayed here on move-out weekend so I wasn't in the condo very much. I chose this place for the price, the location, secure building, and the parking spot--It's on the edge of campus and lots of restaurants are within walking distance but I need to add that it is a bit noisy for a good night's sleep--bring a sound machine--that should help.

Great location, nice place

Great location, nice place. Only reason not 5/5 is bed was listed as queen, when it was actually a full, resulting in me and spouse sleeping separate. Owner said he would change the listing after I notified him of this.

High end place to stay!

This is a very comfortable property. Covered parking and you walk straight on the the floor for access. Everything was super easy. Great amenities even though we weren't there long enough to use them. We will try to book again in the future.
