The home features a fully fenced yard, providing a safe and convenient space for children and pets to play. For years, both sides of this property have earned consistent 5-star reviews from guests relocating to or from Fayetteville, military families visiting Fort Liberty (Fort Bragg), and travelers exploring the area. While this combined whole-house listing is new, guests can expect the same dependable cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort that have built our strong reputation.



With prior approval, guests are welcome to enjoy early access to the new quarter-mile walking trail, peaceful picnic area, and stone bonfire space located near Sandhills Mushroom Farm at the back of the property—a lovely spot for morning walks or cozy evenings outdoors. Kids and pets love the large yard, while you relax in the spacious master suite, unwind in the spa-like tub, or cook in the fully stocked kitchen.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, driveway, and all amenities during their stay. Self-check-in is available for convenience and flexibility.



The Neighborhood:

This house is in the countryside by Ft Bragg on the north side of Fayetteville. This unit is a house. Sandhills Mushroom Farm is located on the back side of this 3- acre property and extended family live nearby as neighbors. You can not see their homes due to pine trees planted as part of a tree farm next door. While this home is right off a highway it is surrounded by peaceful pinetrees to protect your privacy year round. Shopping and a variety of food choices are less than 10min away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around. The front carport accommodates parking for up to 4 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The home features a ramp for wheelchair access and an oversized bathroom to provide extra space and comfort for guests with mobility needs, but it doesn't meet all ADA requirements.



RV on Property: There is a separate RV rental located behind the house, beyond the fenced backyard. The parking spot next to the RV is reserved exclusively for that guest. Your private space includes the house, driveway, fenced yard, and outdoor play area.



Trash Pickup: Trash cans are located near the Airbnb sign by the fence. Please roll them to the left side of the driveway (as you face the highway) on Wednesday night or by 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning for pickup.



Front yard is close to high way so bring your own invisible fence if you leave pet(s) in front or side yard.



Besides central A/C we can provide a portable A/C June-August as these months are hot in the south. We want you to be comfortable so please leave AC at 68-70 year round. The AC unit heats and cools both sides of the duet house. Guests in the Studio unit next door have a window AC and fireplace but this unit needs to be left on year-round.



There are 2 businesses behind property, Sandhills Mushroom Farm and Daniel's Sawmill. There may be 2-5 cars that use the driveway daily, going past the house to get there.



Pets: We welcome pets with a few important guidelines:

• Pet fee is $65 per pet (2 pet max). If you have an Emotional Support Animal please inform us BEFORE check-in via message app. Thank you so much!

• Pet damages or excessive pet smells requiring an Ozone Machine may be charged to owners of Emotional Support Animals if their pets stay goes beyond normal usage.

• Pets staying and pet fee may be added to your booking after confirmation as understand last minute changes sometimes happen.

• Front yard is close to highway so please bring your own invisible fence if you leave pet(s) in front or side yard.

This home can’t be booked for parties, gatherings, or any type of event. Only 8 registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.

There are video cameras by the driveway and both entrances.

Local police are aware that this is a rental property, including the guest limit and the no-party / no-loud-music rules. If these rules are broken, they respond immediately and the reservation may be terminated without refund.
