Furnished with entertainment options, an office space, and relaxing outdoor areas, the Game On! house provides the perfect space for those visiting their students at the University of Arkansas or for watching campus events from the comfort of a fully furnished home as you travel for business or pleasure.

Entertainment: The real selling point of this property is the fully-stocked game room located in the detached garage, as well as the many other family-friendly games you'll find in the living room. Dive into Nintendo Wii action; test your skills at the basketball arcade game; master ring toss, shuffleboard, and air hockey; enjoy a game of Kan Jam; challenge your friends to ping pong; and explore a large collection of card and board games. Plus, we've equipped the house with 3 smart TVs and high-speed wifi for all your game day and streaming desires.

Outdoors: The expansive all-seasons covered breezeway between the main house and detached garage building has plenty of seating for open-air dining, a smart TV, outdoor heaters, and a gas grill. There's a fully fenced-in yard for your pets to run freely. The lounge chair on the front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy some freshly brewed coffee and soak in the morning.

Living room: The living room has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating for hosting lively game
day gatherings, creating the perfect atmosphere for bonding and relaxation. The inviting
wood-burning fireplace, always stocked with wood and kindling, is ready to warm up some cozy

Bedroom 1 (red/blue): The first bedroom, perched in a separate living space above the detached garage, features a full-sized bed, two twins, and a full bathroom, and mini fridge.

Bedroom 2 (orange): The home's primary suite includes a king-sized bed and a private
ensuite full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (green): The last bedroom features a Murphy double bed, perfect for extra guests, as well as a dedicated workspace.

8 and a console table featuring 4 extra bar seats.

*Please note that there is a Ring doorbell at the front door for guest safety and home security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
