Hosts were great. Bar/restaurant area in the lobby also great. Ladies cleaning rooms started around 8 am and they were LOUD. They were speaking to each other outside on the hallway and could be heard from inside the room. Shower curtain had a smell that permeated the bathroom.

nice hotel and stay here often when traveling to see our daughter here at school or on business. Sometimes the rates are reasonable. Not sure what is going on with the bathroom sink water pressure but it is horrible...at least it is not the shower!

Always a fun stay, bar is cool. Rooms are small, are there are no drawers. They charge for coffee in a paper cup in the lobby not a plush. Front desk and valet staff friendly and helpful. Self park is very inconvenient , behind hotel down an alley a cold icey walk to get into hotel. Fun atmosphere and easy to walk to shops on the square. All in all a 8or9 out of 10

We Came For the Whimsical Decor

We had occasion to stay overnight in Fayetville and chose The Graduate as it appeared to be the most "interesting" hotel in the city with it's history and eclectic decor. Room was indeed very nice, especially the beds and pillows which were yummy. Hotel was well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees. If you needs are for the very latest/most modern systems you might consider elsewhere . Superfluous analog clocks with only USB charging connections take up valuable bedside table space which is shared with a lamp and a large, "vintage" cradle phone with rotary dial. The rooms, with their wonderfully whimsical decor do include a nice fridge and safe, ice is available on every floor, lots of small things that add up to a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
