Welcome to Bohemian House. This charming home was built by settlers from Bohemia circa 1856 in the quaint town of Fayetteville, Texas. Bohemian House has just completed her glow up with a full renovation that honors her original features while upgrading her with plush amenities. Bohemian House is designed with a modern vintage vibe and captures the unique artsy energy of Fayetteville. Located just 10 minutes from the Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from Round Top.

BEDROOMS

- There are no blackout curtains in bedrooms

- Full-length mirrors and personal fans provided in each bedroom

This fully renovated space can either be combined with the Boho Carriage House or rented separately.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entirety of Bohemian House with a private entrance and onsite parking for TWO vehicles. Any other vehicles will have to park on the Town Square just one block away. Guests will have access to the large backyard and amenities which are shared with the Boho Carriage House (also available to rent).



The Neighborhood:

Bohemian House is located on the town square of historic Fayetteville, Texas which is known for its quaint small-town charm, thriving art community, and unique architecture shaped by early Czech and German settlers. You will still find this influence in Fayetteville today. The town square, anchored by a historic courthouse, provides charming shops, museums, and eateries. Fayetteville is in close proximity to the renowned Round Top antique shops and festivals and is centrally located between Houston and Austin.



Getting Around:

Fayetteville is very walkable from the Bohemian House. Guests can park in the driveway, on the street in front the house, or on the town square where ample parking is available. Round Top, Marburger, and Warrenton are a close 10-15 minute drive.



You'll need a vehicle to get around. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.



- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

- This house is on the main road and has the potential for road noise.

- Train tracks are nearby and a train will roll through time from time to time.

- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.
