Our plush couch seats three, with room for two more in additional seats. Our well-appointed kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with essentials for crafting your favorite meals.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Neighborhood:

The South Fayetteville district is a booming area with new construction, renovation, and community that is close to all things Fayetteville. Many of the locals will be taking their dogs on walks and it's not uncommon for a southern greeting. Relaxing on our porch, you might just make a few lifelong friends.



Getting Around:

Just a couple of miles from I-49 and 1 mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Onsite parking available, with street parking also an option.



Other Things to Note:

★ This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

★ No pets on the furniture including the beds at night. Pets must be kept in the mudroom (laundry room) if not attended and that the guest is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- We do not allow any pets on the furniture including the beds at night. Pets must be kept in the mudroom (laundry room) if not attended and that the guest is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets (this allows us to not have a pet deposit).

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
