While the hotel itself was nice, the bed was super hard and the down feather pillows were not comfortable. The noise from the adjacent roadway was very loud and we could hear it all through the night. So, if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community board is a great resource. I really like not having a carpeted floor. It seems so much cleaner. We look forward to staying at another Tru brand by Hilton.

At check in the staff was not friendly and seemed overwhelmed. I discovered immediately that the toilet in my room was running non-stop and was very loud. I asked the front desk to send maintenance to fix it. Upon returning to my room I could see that someone had attempted to fix it (they left dirty plastic gloves in my trash can). The toilet ran for my full 2 day stay.

Coffee cold, view of the roof of next door building, had a bunch of kids running and knocking on doors, at breakfast the people getto taking up all the breakfast and stacking on plates and bringing back to their rooms. Leaving breakfast practically bare for other guess.

My room was not properly clean. Inside the shower was used soap bars and soap scum on the bottles in the bathroom. The staff was nice and reassigned my room but that bathroom had soap scum as well. Over all the stay was okay.
