Logement propre dans son ensemble
Logement loué pour un mariage. Utilisé uniquement pour dormir et prendre le petit déjeuner. A prévoir : serviettes de toilette car nombre insuffisant pour 9 personnes dans le logement et torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle (aucun prévu dans le logement)

Week-end en famille !
Nous avons passés un week-end en famille 3 couples et 3 enfants ( 4 ans et 13 et 19 ans) . Nous avons été tous satisfait de l'endroit ! Quartier calme, maison de ville agréable. Une vraie caverne de trésor (jouets)pour l'enfant de 4 ans qui nous à fait un petit concerto de guitare 😊. Et une partie de plaisir entre adultes avec la table de jeux palets 😊 . Un Carrefour à 5 min a pied bien agréable. Merci au propriétaire .

Séjour agréable
Horaires d’arrivée flexibles grâce a la boîte à clef. Le logement est grand avec de nombreuses chambres spacieuses. La salle de bien est propre et la douche est grande et bien accessible. Nous avons regretté l’absence d’une grande casserole pour cuisiner pour tout le monde. Le sous-sol est utile avec les jeux et la terrasse apporte un plus. Proche du port et du palais, la localisation est bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Maison spacieuse et très agréable
Très bon séjour, belles promenades sur la plage même si c'est des galets et magnifique vue sur les falaises. La maison est un peux loin de la mer et dans une grande montée un peux compliqué sans véhicule mais gérable.

We had a wonderful week in Fecamp. The house is old and traditional, but very light and spacious. The basement was favourite for our kids. The sea, city centre and shops are at walking distance.

Typique et bien placée
Maison individuelle typique rénovée sur 4 niveaux bien située sur hauteurs de Fécamp. 4 belles chambres, literie confortable, donnent côté rue mais quartier calme. Salle de jeu agréable mais au 2ème étage, l’escalier n’étant pas sécurisé, les parents doivent rester avec les enfants en bas âge. Vue dégagée depuis salon côté jardin. Un salon-salle à manger suffisant pour manger à 5-6 mais sûrement petit pour 7-8 personnes. Coin salon trop petit pour une séance télé à 5 ou plus. Cuisine récente bien équipée. Une seule salle d'eau trop juste pour 5 personnes. 2 WC dont l’un très étroit. Par temps de pluie odeurs d'humidité remontant de la cave située en rez-de-jardin mais la porte de communication limite leur propagation dans la maison. L’espace baby-foot-air-hockey se trouvant à ce niveau mériterait un aménagement pour le rendre agréable tout comme la terrasse extérieure entièrement cimentée et clôturée de murs. Serre en verre avec table/chaises mais encombrée d’équipements pour spa qui, la prestation n'étant pas proposée, devraient être enlevés. Accès à la terrasse par la cave à laquelle on descend via un escalier raide et étroit, difficile de concevoir d'y manger facilement. 10-15 mn à pied port/plage/centre. 30 mn du point de vue de la chapelle Notre Dame du Salut. Eboulement de falaise en 02/2023, accès au Cap Fagnet et bunkers pas possible. Conseils : sorties en mer à bord de vieux gréements, visite du musée des Pêcheries, Etretat en prenant le vélo-rail depuis Les Loges.

Nos vacances furent bonnes même si quelques jours de pluie. les balades sur le port, le cap Fagnet, la plage sont déjà de bons souvenirs. Nous avons été déçus et incommodés par l'état de la maison sale et avec une forte odeur de fosse septique qui remonte dans les étages particulièrement les jours de pluie. Le matériel de cuisine et d'entretien est insuffisant (nous avons acheté un faitout, des serpillères et un balai). L'espace extérieur est triste avec cette verrière inutile qui devrait être démontée. Dommage ! Cette maison a un bon potentiel. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour la rendre attractive.

État du logement médiocre Forte odeur provenant de la cave qui est en réalité la salle de jeu ( pas adaptée pour laisser des enfants ) Plusieurs anomalies ( casse et détérioration ) antérieure à notre arrivée, signalées par message au propriétaire
