Less than 10 minutes from the beach and just next to the city center, this townhouse of 90m2 is quiet in the heart of the city.
from the historic district. It includes an entrance, a dining room and living room with its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace and not overlooked with a plancha. The master room of nearly 18m2 is located on the first floor and the large bathroom with shower toilet and washing machine; and finally two rooms on the second floor, a large one of 17m2 and a smaller one of 12m2. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. FuƟlƤufig ins Stadtzentrum, zum Strand, Hafen, Carrefour und zum Palais BĆ©nĆ©dictine. 3 Schlafzimmer waren fĆ¼r uns perfekt, die KĆ¼che wie beschrieben recht klein, aber funktionell. Wir sind vom Haus aus Ć¼ber die SteilkĆ¼ste bis nach Yport gewandert mit Zwischenstopp am Strand mit zwei WasserfƤllen und einem gestrandeten alten Boot, sehr empfehlenswert!Danke fĆ¼r alles, MickaĆ«l und Vincent

Ausgezeichnete, liebevoll eigerichtete Unterkunft fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge und Erkundungen.Viele Treppen -sowohl im Haus und in der Umgebung- erklommen, viele FuƟwanderungen zum Hafen/Strand etc., da alles fuƟlƤufig zu erreichen war, selbst im Carrefour mit dem Hackenporsche eingekauft.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend.

Schƶnes Haus - zentral in FƩcamp gelegen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Es handelt sich tatsƤchlich um ein komplettes Reihenhaus mit schƶnen Schlafzimmern und gerƤumigem Bad. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr klein, und auch die Terrasse ist etwas beengt, aber das ging alles aus dem Inserat hervor. MickaĆ«l und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und FĆ©camp mit den tollen KĆ¼stenabschnitten und auch seinem Museum wirklich eine Reise wert.

Ferienhaus zwischen Innenstrand und Strand

Das Ferienhaus liegt mittig zwischen Innenstadt und Strand von Fecamp. Der Kontakt mit dem netten Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Die Schlafzimmer sind groƟ und bieten ausreichend Platz fĆ¼r fĆ¼nf Personen. Leider haben das Bad und insbesondere die KĆ¼che einen gewissen Renovierungsstau. Wir haben daher die KĆ¼che zum Kochen gar nicht genutzt und sind immer ins Restaurant gegangen.

The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the VĆ©loroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun.

Elle est proche du centre-ville et des rues commerƧantes, proche aussi de la plage. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil.
