Sehr erfreulich: Neuwertige Waschmaschine und Trockner für kostenfreie Nutzung ! Vermieter aufgeschlossen, verständnisvoll und freundlich.Verbesserungsvorschläge liegen dem Vermieter schriftlich vor. Mobiliar teilweise abgewohnt. Feuchte verschimmelte Kammer dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Balkonboden: Bei Feuchtigkeit starke Rutschgefahr. Fahrrad-Ecke im Sanierungsstau. Beleuchtung innen und außen verbesserungswürdig.

Schöner Urlaub mit ein paar Abzügen,

Im Badezimmer ist das Waschbecken und die Toilette lose, bzw. hat Spiel, die Dusche ist unten an der Gummilippe kaputt gewesen, was das öffnen der Tür erschwert hat. Die Bretter auf dem Balkon geben ordentlich nach und manche sind angefressen. Eins der Doppelbetten, vorne im Zimmer gegenüber vom Badezimmer, wackelt sehr und scheint instabil. Die Sauberkeit war Tip Top, auch die Ausstattung war super, genau wie die Umgebung.

Wir hatten wunderbare Ostern mit 2 Kindern auf Fehmarn. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt und großzügig geschnitten und ausgestattet, sowie ganz toll gelegen, so dass wir in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen konnten. konnten.

Wohnungsbeurteilung

Von der Wohnung waren wir sehr enttäuscht.Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Betten sehr instabil , Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafzimmer defekt. Gesamte Möbelaustattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmelflecken in der Dusche.Die Sauberkeit lies auch zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung nicht wohl gefühlt und sind einenTag eher abgereist.
