Das Haus steht an einer Durchgangsstrasse es ist sehr laut. Das Schlafzimmer ist ...

Das Haus steht an einer Durchgangsstrasse es ist sehr laut. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad. Waschmaschine war keine im Haus. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schmutzig und hat Schimmelbildung ganz schlimm . Die Duschkabine ist kaputt ohne Dichtungen und sehr schimmlich. Wir haben sehr viel Geld dafür bezahlt und waren und sind sehr enttäuscht. Die Aus und Eingangstüren kann man nicht richtig zuschliessen. Die Lichtschalter sind sehr verschmutzt. Bei Regen kann man auch nicht draußen sitzen und im aussenbereich ist alles sehr ungepflegt. Die Fenster sehen aus wie 10 Jahre nicht geputzt. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer ging von alleine aus und die Programme im Fernsehen gingen nicht . Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir bei der Schlüssel Übergabe bekommen aber die Handtücher waren nur für 1 Woche für die zweite Woche müssten wir wieder 60 Euro bezahlen. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schlechte und schmutzige Unterkunft. Es ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren 2 Paare also 4 Personen. Am Fahrradschuppen war die Tür kaputt und innen war er vollgemüllt. Sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend

Ich habe die Unterkunft nicht bekommen. Am Tag der Ankunft bekam ich ein anderes Quartier zugewiesen, ohne Erklärung und wurde in der Mitte der Insel einquartiert, obwohl ich Wasser und Innenstadt gebucht hatte. Einen Preisausgleich habe ich auch nicht bekommen.
