The Holidayfinca Finca-Portocolom is located right next to the golf course Vall Dor and has an incomparable view of the port of Portocolom and the east coast. Enjoy a quiet Majorcan countryside idyll of the local country life without being offside from happening.
The living area is exclusively located on the ground floor, and you exclusively inhabit the house.
The house has three double bedrooms with air conditioning and two of them with satellite TV. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, and a spacious dining room.
Outside is a covered terrace with a large dining table and panoramic views of Portocolom and the surrounding area.
Protected behind the house is the pool area with sun terrace, lawn and small Sitecke. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available.
Should there be a problem on site, the friendly owners can provide immediate help, as they live in a separate house on the property.
In only 8 minutes you are in the center of Porto Colom where you get a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and food. In each case a pharmacy are located in the towns of Porto Colom and Shorta. For shopping and plenty of nightlife Cala Dor offers. With many shops and bars. Absolute beach-near, only 10 minutes by car to Porto Colom or Cala Sa Nau. Up to Palma or Airport is 65 kilometers.
