Finca Ca'n Miquel - Felanitx
Rustic farmhouse over 200 years old, located 3 km from the town of Felanitx, in the rural area of Son Prohens, surrounded by cereal fields and vineyards. The farmhouse has been renovated several times, most recently in 2017, preserving its traditional character while offering all the comforts of a modern home.
The house has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The maximum guest capacity is 7 people. All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi internet connection, and satellite television.
Access to the house is through a reception area that includes the staircase to the upper floor. To the left of the reception area is the spacious living-dining room divided into two zones: one with a large table for 10 people and another with two comfortable sofas in front of the television. From the dining room, access is gained to the fully equipped kitchen, which has a lovely typical Mallorcan fireplace, gas cooker, oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender and all the necessary kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, with access to the rear terrace. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower (in the photos it appears with a bathtub, but it was renovated the following winter).
On the upper floor, we find a living room, three bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious private terrace, as well as two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower (both updated after the photos).
The exterior stands out for its spacious and well-maintained garden of over 100 m² of lawn, with native and tropical plants such as bananas. In the garden is the private swimming pool, 10 metres long, equipped with sun loungers, and next to it a large covered terrace with an excellent built-in barbecue and a large table to enjoy outdoor meals in a rural and peaceful setting.

Idyllic family retreat
A fantastic house and beautifully maintained. Gorgeous deep pool in a very tranquil setting surrounded by attractive farmland. We were a large family group with two babies but the house was always peaceful. The bedrooms are spread out so everyone slept very well. Excellent location with everywhere from beaches to mountain towns in easy reach

Quiet, beautiful and well situated
As soon as we arrived I thought "I could live here" and if I was ever lucky enough to own a property in Mallorca then this is what I would buy. The only sounds at night were the crickets and the sheep bells (and a sometimes over enthusiastic rooster in the mornings). The property sits in a rural area with almost zero traffic. Surrounded by lime, banana and pomegranet trees. You do however need a car to get around. There is a clean, large and very well stocked Eroski supermarket a few kilometers away. You are about a 25 minute drive from all the lovely beaches in and around Cala D'or and there are some even closer like Cala Sa Nau (just outside S'Horta). The house is clean, tidy and has a wonderful atmosphere and is authentically Spanish (not a modern apartment). We were met by the owners friendly representative who took the time to show us how things worked and where everything was. The outdoor kitchen was great to cook in and has it's own fridge so you can keep everything cool before you bar-be-que it. Wifi is relatively fast if you need it. The poolman arrives every morning just as the sun is rising to clean the pool. There is absolutely no reason why I would not want to stay there again, and I probably will. A suggestion (and certainly not a grumble) would be for me to ask the owner to get a couple of hammocks up as well. Thoroughly recommended and I can promise you that if you want the "real" Spain, then this villa is for you.
